One workflow for Google reviews and appointment no-shows.

I’m Bob in Pleasant Prairie / Kenosha. I set up one review-request + no-show follow-up system for independent salons, barbershops, and boutique gyms — so it mostly runs without you living in ChatGPT or sticky notes. Fixed scope. Fixed price. You own what I leave you.

Typical project: $800–$1,500 · Zoom or local coffee · not a monthly retainer

Good fit / not a fit

Good fit

Owner-run shops nearby

  • Independent salon, barbershop, or boutique gym in Kenosha County, Pleasant Prairie, Racine, or south Milwaukee metro
  • You care about Google reviews and empty chairs from no-shows
  • Evenings / weekends for a short Zoom or coffee work for you
  • You’re okay with a simple stack (email/texts + Google), not a full agency rebuild
Not a fit

Skip if this is you

  • Already deep in Jobber, Housecall Pro, Podium, Vagaro, or Mindbody and happy with their review/no-show tools
  • Need daytime-only BNI / chamber salesman motion
  • Want 24/7 marketing retainer or a full website/SEO rebuild
  • Looking for a $50 Fiverr “prompt pack” instead of a done setup

What’s included

One Workflow Rescue — reviews & no-shows

$800–$1,500 fixed after a short scope note

  • Pick the one weekly pain that hurts most (review asks, appointment reminders, or no-show follow-up texts)
  • Set it up so it mostly runs without you babysitting AI chat windows
  • Leave a 1-page how-to you can hand to staff
  • Optional 30-min Zoom train after delivery

This is a project, not software you rent from me. You keep the accounts, templates, and process.

How it works

  • Email me what you’re dealing with (or ~15-min evening Zoom)
  • I send a short written scope + fixed price
  • Deposit → I build and hand off in days, not months
  • Optional train → you’re done unless you want another workflow later

Ready to talk?

Tell me your business type, city, and whether reviews or no-shows hurt more. I’ll reply with a clear yes/no fit and a fixed quote if it’s a match.
