Print or copy the same-day no-show / late-cancel log 2. Keep a short annual-audiogram / aid-check chase list (this week only) 3. Use matching text shells; edit names; no scare lines; no device/serial/programming details in SMS 4. Day-end: count open no-shows still unfilled + recall rows still due 5.
